It Lives!

It is weak and tired, but it lives. I spent the entire day in bed yesterday, but I did manage to finish most of my homework both in calculus and in german; I just did it in my jammies, lying on my stomach. :)

Today is a beautiful day, and I have worn myself out already. I got up around 11:30, and met a classmate for a study date and to return the books she graciously let me copy until I could get mine in the mail. We spent about 2 hours practicing German, and it was really really good. I am going to go over my vocab some more today, maybe copying it down or something, and then I should be aces for my quiz on Tuesday. I have a shitload of homework to turn in.

Afterward, I scooped the litterbox and ran a wet washcloth over the Blue-by; she needs a real bath but I have to get her running first. I figure if I see her looking a little more presentable, I might be more inclined to get her going. So I rinsed her off a little, and she looks a little better.

Now I am getting ready to go up to Kennelly Keys and get some strings for the old guitar, providing I don't drop dead first. What little I've done has worn me out pretty well. But it's a short bus trip and not much walking so I should just suck it up and go. I need some food though. I think I'll have some scalped taters before my little trip.
