"Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country."
Happy Labor Day, fellow workers! I woke up this morning and relished the fact that I don't have to work today. :) I absolutely had to force myself to stay in bed til 10:00. Actually I didn't quite make it. But I'm hanging out at home. Had some miso soup, and am having a burger for brunch. Might do some more work on the old bedroom. It needs a lot.
And that's all I have for today. Guess I'd better let people know that this is my new blog, or I'm just writing for Shawn and Michelle, who already know what's going on. :)
