The Road to Wellness

OK Enough pussyfooting around with the lazing, and the tiredness, and the whining around . The cough is pretty much gone, the nausea is pretty much gone, and I decided that today I would start walking at least 30/day at least 3x/week. So I did it! I went out to 45th, came back down by Stevens, down to the Burke, up several sets of stairs to the HUB, and back to work, for 31:50. I walked enough to take off a layer and break out in a sweat. I'm feeling accomplished and I do believe there are some endorphins running around in my system. :) Kudos to me for sticking the stairs on there. Next time I should bring my camera cause our campus is so gorgeous, and I travelled roads heretofore unseen by me. :)
